Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation must be notified to the Secretariat in writing by e-mail at secretariat@jkjsc.co.kr or fax to +82-2-476-6719. All refunds will be made after the conference for administrative reasons. All bank service charges and all administration fees will be deducted from all conference registration refunds.

Cancellation by Nov. 1, 2019	50% Reimbursement
Cancellation after Nov. 1, 2019	NO Refund

Payment Method

Credit Card : Only Visa, Master, and JCB Card are acceptable.

• Payment by credit card is available only through the on-line registration.
• All service charges on credit card are to be paid by registrants.
• Actual debit amount is subject to change according to the exchange rate.
• The merchant name on your credit card statement will be 'Allat'

Wire Transfer : All bank remittance charges are to be paid by registrants.

• Sender's name must be the same as the registrant's name.
• In order to confirm your payment quickly and accurately, a copy of the bank remittance receipt should be faxed to the Conference Secretariat (+82-2-476-6719). Please ensure the registrant's name is on the bank remittance receipt.
